This will also speed up what you do and give new teammembers guidance on how things are done.

Here, it’s important to audit the way you work and focus on streamlining some of the activities you do with automations. Using the right tools to help you send automated emails or invoices or to gather data, for example, can speed up the work you need to do. This will help you make the business more efficient overall, as well as save you time and money.
