As a visionary leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong focus on innovation, he oversees the operations of CC7 Europe, a subsidiary of the Chinese National Chemical Engineering & Construction Company 7 (CC7). Under his leadership, the company excels in engineering and project execution, delivering smart and innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Filippo is deeply committed to driving innovation, empowering his team, and fostering trust among clients and partners. His leadership style is defined by integrity, a relentless focus on creating value, and an ability to inspire his team to achieve extraordinary results. Before joining CC7 Europe, Filippo held prominent leadership roles in the energy and engineering sectors. He served as Vice President of Onshore Operations at McDermott International and held key positions at CB&I and ENEL. His portfolio includes managing major projects such as the Afipsky Hydrocracker Complex in Russia and the Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant in Slovakia.
Filippo holds a master’s degree from the Università degli Studi della Basilicata and a Master of Engineering and Contracting from MIP-Politecnico di Milano. He has also completed the Leadership for Energy Program at Harvard Business School. Fluent in Italian and English, Filippo is dedicated to fostering collaboration and innovation to engineer a better future.
